About the role

Prada Group, founded in 1913 in Italy and operating in more than 45 countries with the PRADA, Miu Miu, Versace, Church's, Car Shoe and Luna Rossa brands, is hiring a Client Advisor in Geneva. The role guarantees an extraordinary luxury customer experience, places clients at the centre, promotes the brand philosophy and values, and holds the advisor accountable for individual and store sales targets, both in-store and online.

Key responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment and deliver an excellence service according to the "client journey ceremony".
• Exceed individual sales targets and KPI goals, maximising sales performance.
• Show deep knowledge of products, Prada's history, culture and DNA.
• Enter customer data into the company CRM and follow up with clients to strengthen long-term relationships.
• Host and conduct appointments, in person or virtually, and promote an omni-channel approach.
• Stay informed on luxury fashion trends and competitors to advise clients.
• Resolve client complaints in liaison with the line manager and Client Service team.
• Handle products with care and use digital tools to offer an integrated luxury experience.
• Work with the back-of-house team, keeping the stock room organised and following operational, security, cash, inventory and reporting procedures.
• Work as a team player in a diverse, inclusive environment.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Client Advisor, Sales Assistant or similar, preferably in luxury fashion or premium retail.
• Strong customer orientation and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Passion for fashion and luxury, with genuine interest in the brand and its heritage.
• Results-oriented, proactive and flexible in a fast-paced retail environment.
