Primary Teacher – International School in Pully

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Primary Teacher to join Collège Champittet, part of the Nord Anglia Education family in Pully, Switzerland. The successful candidate will deliver high‑quality instruction in an international, multilingual environment, supporting both English‑speaking and French‑speaking learners.

Key responsibilities

• Create a supportive, learner‑centred classroom that encourages agency and follows positive‑discipline principles.
• Act as a coach by setting challenging, inspiring learning objectives aligned with the Collège philosophy.
• Differentiate instruction to meet the strengths and needs of each pupil, including gifted students and those with special educational needs.
• Maintain regular, constructive communication with parents regarding progress and achievements.
• Provide timely oral and written feedback, using accurate assessment and rating systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree and PGCE (or equivalent teaching qualification).
• Minimum five years of proven teaching excellence, preferably in an international school setting.
• Native English speaker with fluent French.
• Valid Swiss work permit and clean criminal record.
