Principal 360 Recruitment Consultant

About the role

kickstart, a Zurich‑based specialist IT recruitment firm, is looking for its first senior consultant to lead a full‑cycle, 360 recruiting practice. You will own your desk from day one, build a client portfolio, and drive business development while delivering high‑quality recruitment outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach prospective IT and technology clients, converting conversations into recruitment mandates.
• Develop and manage a personal pipeline of candidates and client accounts, acting as both business developer and recruiter.
• Run the end‑to‑end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting candidates.
• Maintain strong candidate networks and deliver service standards that encourage repeat business.
• Provide market intelligence and spot new opportunities through candidate and client interactions.

Required profile

• Several years of agency recruitment experience, preferably within IT or technology.
• Proven 360 recruiting background with a track record of winning and managing client relationships.
• Commercial mindset with a focus on generating new business opportunities.
• Existing network of clients or candidates in the Swiss, DACH, or US markets.

Required skills

• Strong sourcing capabilities to locate top talent.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage the full recruitment cycle.
