Process Delivery Lead - Engineering

About the role

The Process Delivery Lead reports to the Value Stream Lead and acts as the IT business partner for the Engineering department. The role identifies opportunities to drive efficiencies and automation, and owns the delivery, operation, support and continuous improvement of IT services, applications and solutions in Engineering. It is based in Basel or Visp, Switzerland.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary technology partner for Engineering, aligning business priorities with digital and IT solutions.
• Lead the delivery, support and continuous improvement of Engineering applications and services across the enterprise.
• Drive operational excellence through reliable, high-performing, user-focused technology services.
• Identify and implement opportunities using AI, automation and advanced analytics to improve engineering processes and productivity.
• Develop and execute the Engineering technology roadmap with business stakeholders and Global Process Owners.
• Manage project portfolios, system enhancements and application lifecycle activities.
• Foster innovation and collaboration while meeting quality, cybersecurity and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in IT business partnering, service delivery, application management or digital transformation in a global environment.
• Experience managing complex projects, portfolios and operational services across multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to build trusted relationships and influence senior business and technical leaders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and strategic thinking, with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English; experience in a regulated environment is an advantage.
