Procurement Manager for International Infrastructure Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead sourcing, commercial, and supply‑chain activities for large‑scale technical and infrastructure projects across multiple international markets. The role operates in a complex environment that combines engineering, construction, industrial equipment, and global logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Manage procurement across the full project lifecycle, from early development and tendering through execution and delivery.
• Source and evaluate suppliers, subcontractors, equipment manufacturers, and service providers in international markets.
• Collaborate with engineering, cost management, commercial, and finance teams to ensure project delivery.
• Lead commercial negotiations and assist in drafting supplier and subcontractor agreements.
• Develop and maintain supplier networks and market intelligence for future opportunities.
• Support bid and proposal activities with procurement strategies, supplier input, and commercial assessments.
• Oversee procurement budgets, cost tracking, and forecasting throughout project execution.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply‑chain within infrastructure, engineering, construction, or industrial projects.
• Proven track record managing procurement for large‑scale, capital‑intensive projects.
• Strong understanding of procurement lifecycle, supplier management, contract administration, and commercial negotiations.
• Good knowledge of project execution, cost control, risk management, and commercial implications.
• Familiarity with international logistics, transportation, and customs regulations.
• Advanced analytical and numerical capabilities.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
