Product Analyst / Data Analyst

About the role

This position is for a data‑driven professional who will turn complex user behavior and product performance data into actionable business insights. You will work remotely with product, CRM, marketing and business teams to optimise customer journeys, improve engagement, retention and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse user behaviour across product funnels such as registration, deposits, betting activity and withdrawals.
• Monitor core KPIs including conversion rates, churn, LTV, engagement and revenue.
• Prepare analytical reports and dashboards to highlight trends and opportunities.
• Validate product hypotheses, interpret experiment results and deliver data‑based recommendations.
• Conduct A/B testing analysis and evaluate product experiments.
• Perform user segmentation and cohort analysis based on behavioural patterns and lifecycle stages.
• Investigate anomalies and performance fluctuations to identify root causes.
• Collaborate with Product, CRM, Marketing, Anti‑Fraud and Operations teams to support data‑driven decisions.
• Present analytical summaries and business recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
• Contribute to improving reporting processes, data visualisation and analytical workflows.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in product, data, CRM or marketing analytics within a B2C environment.
• Strong understanding of product and business metrics such as conversion, retention, churn, engagement and revenue.
• Hands‑on experience with funnel analysis, segmentation and cohort analysis.

Required skills

• SQL for querying large, complex datasets.
• BI and data‑visualisation tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker or similar).
