Product Content & Education Manager

About the role

Clinique La Prairie is seeking a Product Content & Education Manager to translate its longevity expertise, programs and innovations into clear, brand‑aligned content for global teams, partners and guests. The role sits at the crossroads of product marketing, editorial creation, internal education and sales enablement, ensuring consistent and compelling communication across all destinations.

Key responsibilities

• Own and maintain the global Sales & Marketing Enabling Toolkit, a central library of assets used by teams worldwide.
• Ensure all content – sales tools, brochures, launch materials, e‑learning modules, guest communications, PR dossiers, video scripts and CRM assets – is accurate, brand‑aligned and commercially relevant.
• Update the toolkit whenever programs, pricing, destinations or service structures evolve.
• Coordinate content across Global Brand, Health Resorts, Longevity Hubs and internal enablement teams.
• Manage the SharePoint structure to guarantee that the latest versions are always accessible.
• Cascade updates proactively to all markets, preventing the use of outdated materials.
• Develop and manage the internal brand education ecosystem, including e‑learning pathways and brand education agendas.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product marketing, content creation and sales enablement.
• Strong ability to translate complex health and wellness concepts into clear, usable materials.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience working in a global, multi‑location environment, preferably within luxury hospitality or health‑wellness sectors.
