Product Designer – AI Application

About the role

We are looking for a Product Designer to shape the user experience of next‑generation AI‑powered products. Based in Switzerland and working in a remote‑first environment, you will translate complex model capabilities into clear, intuitive, and human‑centered interfaces across agent workflows, conversational systems, and developer tools.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end UX and UI design for AI‑native products, including agent interfaces, model interactions, and developer tools.
• Translate complex AI capabilities into simple, intuitive user experiences.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and rapid prototyping to validate design decisions.
• Build and maintain a scalable design system across product surfaces and web applications.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to bring designs from concept to production.
• Identify UX opportunities and contribute to product strategy and experience improvements.

Required profile

• 2‑6 years of product design experience (UX + UI) with a strong portfolio of shipped work.
• Experience designing AI‑native products such as chatbots, LLM features, agent systems, or prompt‑based interfaces.
• Strong proficiency in Figma and familiarity with prototyping tools.
• Fluency in using AI tools in daily workflow for design, ideation, and iteration.
• Ability to work effectively in fast‑paced, remote‑first environments.
