Product Development & Procurement Manager

About the role

Lalique Beauty SA is seeking a Product Development & Procurement Manager to lead packaging development and strategic procurement for its luxury fragrance and beauty portfolio. The role bridges marketing, operations, finance, quality, regulatory, manufacturing sites and global suppliers to ensure successful product launches.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development of primary and secondary packaging, accessories, gift sets and POS materials, translating marketing briefs into feasible solutions.
• Coordinate development activities with suppliers and internal stakeholders, managing new product creation from prototype to mass production.
• Supervise technical validation, industrialization, line trials and ensure compliance with timelines and quality standards.
• Define sourcing strategies, lead supplier selection, negotiate pricing, MOQ, lead times and contracts, and manage supplier performance.
• Plan production based on forecasts, create and maintain Bills of Materials, manage purchase orders and monitor inventory levels.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product and packaging development within the beauty or luxury sector.
• Strong background in strategic procurement and supplier management.
• Ability to manage cross‑functional projects from concept to launch.
• Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
