Product Manager - AI Platform

About the role

Flexion is building the intelligence layer for next‑generation humanoid robots. The Product Manager will define the software product layer that enables AI autonomy on robots built by other manufacturers.

Key responsibilities

• Own the AI platform roadmap, focusing on capabilities, data infrastructure, and user interfaces for real‑world robot deployment.
• Develop deep understanding of end‑customer use cases across industries and translate them into reusable product capabilities.
• Define and prioritize robot skills, data workflows, and monitoring/diagnostics interfaces.
• Collaborate with research, AI engineering, and commercial teams to turn emerging research into product features.
• Spend time on‑site with customers to gather feedback and identify new product opportunities.

Required profile

• Product management experience with AI/ML, robotics, data platforms or similarly complex B2B products.
• Strong product judgment and ability to identify common needs across diverse use cases.
• Technical foundation in model training, evaluation, deployment and improvement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to align technical and commercial teams.
• Comfortable in an early‑stage, fast‑moving environment and willing to travel up to 10% across Europe.
