Product Manager – Digital Workflow Solutions

About the role

We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the development of digital workflow solutions for a highly regulated, innovation‑driven industry. Based in Switzerland, you will shape end‑to‑end workflows, integrate AI capabilities, and deliver scalable platforms that create measurable business value.

Key responsibilities

• Own and define the vision, objectives, and long‑term value proposition for one or more complex workflows.
• Ensure workflows are consistent, scalable, and adaptable across markets and operating models.
• Drive integration of AI‑powered features such as intelligent automation, workflow orchestration, and human‑in‑the‑loop governance.
• Collaborate with engineering and AI teams to guarantee technical feasibility and successful implementation.
• Develop platform‑level capabilities that support modular configurations and enterprise scalability.
• Define and manage end‑to‑end data flows, ownership, integrations, and analytics requirements.
• Partner with business analysts, solution consultants, and architects to optimize solution design.
• Establish commercialization strategies, including value drivers, pricing, packaging, and market positioning.
• Support customer discovery, solution validation, and workflow demonstrations.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in product management or a comparable strategic product leadership role.
• Proven track record of defining product strategies and launching products that deliver measurable results.
• Strong understanding of content supply‑chain processes, especially within regulated industries.
• Experience designing and managing end‑to‑end workflows rather than isolated features.
