Product Manager – Humanoid Platform

About the role

Flexion Robotics is building the intelligence layer for next‑generation humanoid robots. As Product Manager for the Humanoid Platform you will own the end‑to‑end product experience that enables developers to integrate, deploy and maintain autonomy software on third‑party robot hardware.

Key responsibilities

• Define and deliver a great developer experience for SDKs, APIs, CLI tools, GUIs and diagnostics.
• Own the roadmap for policy deployment at scale, including hardware‑model gap measurement, self‑service pipelines and runtime observability.
• Support hardware design engagements, translating simulation analyses into actionable design recommendations.
• Hands‑on integration, bug reproduction and validation of tooling on real robots.
• Create documentation, tutorials and reference architectures, and monitor adoption to prioritize the backlog.

Required profile

• Product management experience on developer‑facing products such as SDKs, APIs or embedded tooling.
• Strong technical foundation with ability to read C++ codebases and participate in architecture discussions.
• Understanding of robot software stacks, real‑time control loops and sensor/actuator interfaces.
• Experience working with external developer communities or B2B technical customers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and comfort with ambiguity in an early‑stage environment.
