Product Marketing Manager

About the role

Alohi, an AI‑first SaaS scale‑up, is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to own the post‑signup customer journey. You will turn new users into active, paying, and loyal customers across four products (Sign.Plus, Dial.Plus, Fax.Plus, Scan.Plus) while working closely with leadership, marketing, and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute the end‑to‑end post‑signup funnel: activation, onboarding, feature adoption, retention, and expansion.
• Craft messaging for trials, upgrades, and plan value, collaborating with product and sales.
• Build and ship campaigns, write copy, create supporting materials, and measure results.
• Communicate release stories and equip the sales team with positioning assets.
• Partner with marketing on lifecycle communication and brand alignment.

Required profile

• Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership and ability to work in a lean, fast‑growing environment.
• Strong analytical sense to spot opportunities in the post‑signup funnel.
• Excellent communication skills to influence leadership and cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Experience designing and running customer activation and retention campaigns.
• Proficiency in copywriting and creating marketing collateral.
• Ability to translate product features into compelling messaging.
