Project Manager – Client Services

About the role

Havas Switzerland is looking for a Project Manager to join its Client Services team. Based in Geneva, you will work across the agency’s Creative, CX, Play and Sports divisions, ensuring seamless coordination of integrated communication projects for Swiss and international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the trusted day‑to‑day advisor for a portfolio of clients throughout the full project lifecycle.
• Translate client briefs and business objectives into clear project scopes, workplans and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams covering data, communication, content, influence, social media, sponsorship and experiential projects.
• Structure, analyse and synthesize large data sets into insight‑led recommendations and strategic presentations.
• Conduct diagnostic analyses of digital ecosystems, including paid media performance, content engagement and audience behaviour.
• Ensure best‑in‑class project delivery through rigorous planning, timeline management, budget follow‑up, risk anticipation and quality control.
• Support the development of advertising campaigns and branded content strategies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project management within an integrated communications or agency environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn complex data into clear insights.
• Excellent stakeholder coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time and budget.
