Production Associate, Bioindicators

About the role

Join the SKAN Laboratory team to manufacture and test biological indicators used in microbiological qualification processes. The role is production‑focused, requiring precise, repetitive work in a GMP‑compliant environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manufacture biological indicators and complete all documentation according to ISO and GMP standards.
• Perform individual production steps independently, from preparation to final product completion.
• Handle packaging, secondary packaging, and ensure a clean, GMP‑compliant workspace.
• Maintain accurate, traceable records and comply with hygiene, quality, and safety requirements.

Required profile

• Completed training or education in a technical, scientific, or manufacturing field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of manufacturing or production experience, preferably in a pharmaceutical or GMP‑regulated environment.
• Good German and English language skills (minimum B2 level).
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks with high concentration.

Required skills

• Knowledge of GMP requirements and documentation practices.
