Production Manager – Lead Production Operations

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Production Manager to lead our production operations team in Rolle. You will be responsible for balancing daily delivery, people management, and continuous improvement while ensuring quality, capacity, efficiency, and cost remain top priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Set daily priorities, plan team activities, and troubleshoot operational issues.
• Manage a team of five, ensuring reliable delivery in a fast‑changing environment.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives focused on process efficiency, quality, capacity, and cost reduction.
• Lead projects autonomously while maintaining day‑to‑day production stability.
• Partner with Quality, QC, project teams, and customers to resolve production issues such as mix‑ups.

Required profile

• Direct experience in production or warehouse operations within a regulated healthcare, life‑science, diagnostic or medical‑device environment.
• Proven leadership of on‑site teams, including coverage planning and resource‑constraint resolution.
• Hands‑on operational judgement, able to step into the field when needed.
• Experience in lean environments with a focus on operational support.
