About the role
The United Nations Office at Geneva seeks a Programme Management and Partnerships Consultant to provide expert academic and methodological input to project design, stakeholder engagement, and strategic integration of behavioural science across the Beyond Lab initiative.
Key responsibilities
- Conceptualise and deliver behavioural science convenings, maintain a dedicated website and newsletter, and create briefs, stories and media for UN colleagues.
- Work with UN entities and leadership to embed behavioural science into institutional strategies, flagship roadmaps and provide targeted strategic advice.
- Support SDG localisation through workshops, tailored advice and scoping use cases that connect local insights to global practice.
Required profile
- Advanced university degree (Master's or equivalent) in behavioural science, public policy, psychology, behavioural economics, development, political science or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of progressively responsible experience in behavioural science or policy, including leading cross‑institutional initiatives and senior stakeholder engagement in international settings.
- Direct experience within the United Nations system, leading cross‑UN initiatives and advising senior leadership on behavioural science.
