Data Visualisation Support – 6‑month Fixed‑Term Contract

About the role

EY’s BMC Center of Excellence is looking for a Data Visualisation Support professional on a six‑month fixed‑term contract. You will work within the UX team to create interactive digital experiences and data‑driven storytelling for global marketing campaigns. The role blends design, user experience and data visualisation to turn complex business insights into engaging visual content.

Key responsibilities

• Develop interactive digital experiences using Ceros.
• Create data visualisations and interactive assets with Flourish.
• Translate complex business research into clear visual formats.
• Collaborate with campaign, content and digital teams to enhance storytelling.
• Apply UX and design best practices, producing wireframes, user journeys and simple prototypes.
• Conduct usability reviews, testing and ensure accessibility of digital experiences.
• Maintain design standards, templates and guidance materials.
• Act as a subject‑matter expert for Ceros, Flourish and digital experience best practices, providing training and reusable assets.
• Support regional teams with design requests, troubleshooting and continuous improvement of CoE services.
• Monitor performance of interactive assets, report insights and recommend optimisation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital marketing, UX design or interactive content creation.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating data visualisation and interactive storytelling.
• Ability to work with global, regional and local marketing stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
