Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead exciting technological and e‑commerce projects for our clients in Zurich. You will work within our Experience & Engineering unit, ensuring digital experiences are delivered on time, on budget, and with top‑class usability.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and implement complex online and e‑commerce projects while tracking milestones.
• Manage the full project lifecycle from offer preparation to KPI control.
• Act as the central communication hub between internal teams, external stakeholders and clients.
• Provide proactive consulting and support to customers.
• Handle stakeholder, risk, and financial management, including reporting.
• Lead interdisciplinary teams across locations on a daily basis.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a client‑facing agency role or corporate consulting.
• Fluent in written and spoken German and English.
• Hands‑on experience with technical implementation of digital or e‑commerce projects.
• Proven multi‑project management experience using classic and agile methods.
• Ability to create cost overviews, offers and detailed project plans.
• Independent, structured, high‑quality work style with strong responsibility.
• Team player with experience leading interdisciplinary teams (Strategy, UX, UI, Development, QA).
