Project Manager

About the role

Rockwell Automation seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead customer projects from order receipt through final acceptance, coordinating cross‑functional teams and third‑party vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Lead execution of assigned projects, meeting schedule, margin and quality targets.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks and stakeholder expectations throughout the lifecycle.
• Administer subcontractors and suppliers, handling labor‑based and fixed‑price deliverables.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and negotiate change orders.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience delivering external customer projects.
• Fluency in English, German and French.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Experience in industrial automation and managing multiple medium‑sized projects in a matrix organization.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, Visio and SharePoint.
• Working knowledge of PMI or IPMA project management methodologies.
