About the role
Rockwell Automation seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead customer projects from order receipt through final acceptance, coordinating cross‑functional teams and third‑party vendors.
Key responsibilities
- Lead execution of assigned projects, meeting schedule, margin and quality targets.
- Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks and stakeholder expectations throughout the lifecycle.
- Administer subcontractors and suppliers, handling labor‑based and fixed‑price deliverables.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships and negotiate change orders.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience delivering external customer projects.
- Fluency in English, German and French.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Experience in industrial automation and managing multiple medium‑sized projects in a matrix organization.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, Visio and SharePoint.
- Working knowledge of PMI or IPMA project management methodologies.
