Project Manager – Professional Services (80-100%)

About the role

In this exciting and challenging position you will lead central customer projects that focus on establishing, developing and renewing payment traffic. You will act as the main interface between national and international customers, Fides and the banks, while enjoying a high degree of independence and flexible working hours.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate professional‑services projects for corporate treasury and payment traffic.
• Collaborate with internal specialist departments to solve project challenges and ensure successful delivery.
• Support experts in finding solutions and critically evaluate proposals when necessary.

Required profile

• University degree or equivalent training in fintech, IT or a related field.
• Several years of experience as a business project manager, preferably in fintech or the payment industry.
• Strong ability to understand complex technical concepts and apply data‑driven thinking.
• Excellent communication skills in English and fluency in German or French.
• Independent, proactive personality with a high willingness to take responsibility.
