Project Manager – SAP Services

About the role

As a Project Manager within SAP Services, you will drive customer transformation initiatives across cloud, on‑premise and hybrid environments. You will work with agile methodologies to deliver medium‑complex, strategic projects that span multiple business units and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Support customers’ transformation strategy by managing implementation projects from planning through closure.
• Lead cross‑functional teams, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to quality standards.
• Apply SAP Activate methodology and best practices, providing mentorship and status updates to both customers and SAP management.
• Collaborate with sales teams during the deal phase to build credibility, assist with implementation planning and coordinate with partners.
• Manage project governance, steering committees and project offices, handling risks, issues and stakeholder expectations.
• Develop long‑term value roadmaps and align project tactics with customer business objectives.

Required profile

• Proven ability to manage medium‑complex, strategic projects across organizational boundaries.
• Strong business acumen and experience with agile project delivery.
• Willingness to travel within Switzerland and internationally.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management and team mentorship.
