Purchaser – Indirect Sourcing

About the role

The Audi Revolut F1® Team is looking for a Purchaser specialized in indirect sourcing to join its project procurement function at Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil, Switzerland. You will drive procurement strategies, manage supplier relationships and support the team as it prepares for its debut in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship.

Key responsibilities

• Autonomously execute project procurement and develop indirect sourcing strategies.
• Manage the full tendering process (RFx) and maintain supplier relationships for assigned projects.
• Design and implement procurement strategies to reduce total cost of ownership while improving quality and delivery performance.
• Negotiate scopes, costs, lead times and quality criteria with suppliers.
• Handle operational steps from RFQ and purchase order issuance to delivery tracking and expediting.
• Coordinate interfaces between suppliers, specialist departments and project management teams.

Required profile

• Completed degree in business administration or a comparable technical/commercial qualification.
• Certified procurement specialist (Swiss Federal Diploma) or a bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical procurement.
• Experience with ServiceNow and SAP R3 or SAP S/4HANA.
• Proven ability to coordinate between quality assurance, design and production.
• Strong analytical mindset, assertiveness and negotiation skills.
• Business‑fluent German and English.
• Willingness to travel up to 20 %.
