QA/QC Engineer (Junior / Professional)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated QA/QC Engineer to support and maintain our quality assurance and control processes. The position offers a pathway for early‑career professionals as well as experienced specialists to contribute to a quality‑driven organization.

Key responsibilities

• Support implementation and upkeep of the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Conduct inspections, audits, and quality assessments of products, materials, and processes.
• Monitor compliance with internal standards, customer specifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Perform root‑cause analysis and assist with corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Maintain quality documentation, procedures, work instructions, and records.
• Participate in supplier quality evaluations and incoming material inspections.
• Analyze quality data, prepare reports and recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, operations, and project teams to resolve quality issues.
• Support internal and external audits and implement audit findings.
• Promote continuous‑improvement initiatives across the organization.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Junior level: 0‑3 years of QA/QC experience; Professional level: 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and other international quality standards.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
