QC Lead

About the role

Join a high‑performing CMO where your quality expertise keeps site operations running with precision, efficiency, and flawless coordination. The QC Lead will ensure quality standards are met by authoring and reviewing quality‑related records, facilitating collaboration between QA and QC teams, and driving process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Author change requests, investigations, and deviations, conduct root‑cause analyses and define CAPAs.
• Provide guidance and review quality‑related records to ensure timely completion and adherence to internal standards.
• Act as a liaison between QA and QC teams to facilitate efficient workflows.
• Support additional quality‑related tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Strong background in analytical chemistry and GMP topics, including OOX data integrity.
• Proven experience authoring quality‑relevant records such as deviations and change requests.
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biochemistry, Chemistry, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• Business‑fluent English; basic German skills are a plus.
• Demonstrated competencies in agility, business acumen, collaboration, customer focus, results orientation, and leadership.
