Quality Manufacturing Manager

About the role

The role leads quality initiatives across the IC Front‑End manufacturing organization, driving a zero‑defect culture and ensuring compliance with automotive and customer requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Promote a strong quality culture and ensure compliance with IATF 16949 and other relevant standards.
• Lead process change management, audit activities, non‑conformance handling, and customer complaint resolution.
• Deploy process control methodologies such as MSA, SPC, automated monitoring, data analysis and MES to reduce scrap and variation.
• Drive root‑cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous‑improvement projects to boost yield and operational performance.

Required profile

• Engineering degree in Electronics, Microelectronics, Physics or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in high‑tech industry, at least 5 years in quality management.
• Strong background in semiconductor/IC Front‑End manufacturing and quality tools.
• Proven project‑management and cross‑functional leadership experience.

Required skills

• IATF 16949, ISO 9001 knowledge.
• Six Sigma Black Belt and/or Lean methodology.
• Statistical process control (SPC) and measurement systems analysis (MSA).
• Data analysis and manufacturing execution systems (MES).
