Receptionist / Front Office Representative (Part‑Time 40‑50%)

About the role

We are seeking a polished, service‑oriented Receptionist / Front Office Representative to be the first point of contact for clients and visitors in our exclusive luxury environment. The role is part‑time (40‑50% of full‑time) and based on‑site in Baar, Switzerland.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients and visitors, ensuring a professional first impression.
• Maintain a consistently tidy and well‑presented reception area.
• Manage the telephone switchboard, handling calls in German and English.
• Direct enquiries to the appropriate sales teams or internal departments.
• Support day‑to‑day reception operations and perform administrative tasks related to client visits.
• Provide holiday cover and increased availability when required.

Required profile

• Previous experience in reception, hospitality or a customer‑focused service role.
• Highly polished appearance suitable for a luxury setting.
• Confident, friendly and service‑oriented attitude.
• Fluent in German and English; Italian or French is a plus.
• Reliable, organised and comfortable working as part of a team.
• Mature personality with strong presence and natural authority.
• Valid Swiss residence permit and residence in Switzerland.
