Recruitment Manager & Staffing Specialist – HR Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Recruitment Manager / Staffing Specialist / HR Consultant to join our team in Geneva. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will lead the company’s talent acquisition strategy, manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes and support hiring managers across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment and staffing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Source, screen and interview qualified candidates for a range of positions, with a focus on IT roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and ensure a smooth hiring workflow.
• Oversee workforce planning, talent pipelines and recruitment metrics to continuously improve hiring efficiency.
• Design, implement and maintain recruitment policies and best‑practice procedures.
• Lead and mentor a recruitment team, fostering collaboration and high performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruiting, staffing services and full‑cycle hiring, preferably in the IT sector.
• Demonstrated team‑management and leadership abilities.
• Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with various departments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience in the energy or power generation industry is a plus.
