Recruitment Unit Intern

About the role

The Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) is seeking a motivated intern to join its Recruitment Unit within the Human Resources Management Section. The intern will support talent attraction and recruitment initiatives for a diverse, global workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in talent sourcing and outreach across various platforms and databases.
• Support initiatives aimed at attracting diverse candidate pools.
• Maintain and update candidate pipelines or rosters.
• Contribute to employer branding and talent attraction strategies.
• Provide administrative support to recruitment colleagues as needed.

Required profile

• Current university student or recent graduate interested in human resources and recruitment.
• Strong interest in human rights and international organizations.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
