About the role
REBELS 0.0% is looking for a dynamic Regional Commercial Manager to drive growth across six key markets (Austria, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, UK and emerging markets). You will be the commercial champion, turning field interactions into measurable sales results while shaping the brand’s presence in both on‑trade and off‑trade channels.
Key responsibilities
- Own commercial growth for the assigned markets, developing and executing annual sales, distribution and visibility plans.
- Manage and develop distributor relationships, ensuring they meet performance targets.
- Identify and capture new growth opportunities across channels, markets and customer segments.
- Spend significant time in the field – visiting bars, restaurants, events and retail locations to sell, train staff and close deals.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing to align execution and bring the brand to life.
- Utilise data-driven insights where available and apply sound judgement otherwise.
- Maintain full P&L responsibility for the territories and report to the Commercial Director.
Required profile
- 3‑4 years of commercial, sales, brand or distribution experience, preferably in FMCG or the drinks industry.
- Proven ability to build lasting relationships and close deals in both on‑trade and retail environments.
- Comfortable working outside the office, with a field‑first mindset.
- Strong communication skills in English; German is a plus, Italian and Spanish are nice‑to‑have.
- Willingness to travel approximately 20% of the time.
