Regional Recruiter

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Regional Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. You will act as a trusted partner to hiring managers and business leaders, shaping recruitment strategies and delivering an exceptional candidate experience across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and hiring.
• Proactively identify and engage both passive and active candidates through multiple sourcing channels.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide strategic recruitment guidance.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
• Conduct candidate interviews and assessments to ensure high‑quality hiring decisions.
• Drive a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Support recruitment projects, process improvements, and employer branding initiatives.
• Leverage market insights and talent trends to influence hiring strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of full‑cycle recruitment experience, including senior‑level or hard‑to‑fill positions.
• Proven expertise in direct sourcing, talent mapping, and passive candidate engagement.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, international environment.
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).

Required skills

• Proficiency with ATS platforms.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office applications.
