Relationship Manager – Private Banking (Greek HNW/UHNW)

About the role

The Relationship Manager will work closely with the Wealth Management Senior Lead to grow a portfolio of Greek high‑net‑worth (HNW) and ultra‑high‑net‑worth (UHNW) clients. The role focuses on delivering personalized wealth solutions, driving new client acquisition, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a dedicated portfolio of Greek HNW/UHNW clients with full P&L accountability.
• Acquire new clients in Greece and among the Greek diaspora, targeting net new assets and revenue growth.
• Provide comprehensive, personalized relationship management for private clients, entrepreneurs, and family offices.
• Coordinate product and specialist support across investment, lending, wealth planning, and corporate banking.
• Identify and execute cross‑selling opportunities to increase share of wallet.
• Oversee client onboarding, documentation, and compliance with MiFID II, Greek, and EU regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement structured sales ideas in collaboration with the Investment Manager.

Required profile

• University degree and/or recognized banking qualifications.
• Minimum 15 years of experience managing Greek UHNW relationships at a leading private bank.
• Proven track record in business development and client acquisition.
