Remote French-English Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Representative to join our fully remote team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them resolve issues and ensuring a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in French and English via chat, email and phone.
• Provide step‑by‑step guidance to troubleshoot technical or order‑related problems.
• Maintain accurate records of each interaction in our support platform.
• Share customer feedback with internal teams to drive product and process improvements.
• Collaborate with a supportive remote team to meet service goals.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in remote customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with support tools such as Gorgias, Zendesk or Shopify.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
