Retail Training Manager

About the role

Reporting to the Vice President Sales, you will develop and deploy the retail training strategy for Blancpain’s global boutique network. By sharing the brand’s heritage and coaching sales teams on the floor, you will elevate the client experience and drive business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain training material covering products, collections, brand history, storytelling and sales techniques for e‑learning, classroom and in‑store formats.
• Collaborate with sales, product and marketing teams to create content that supports brand strategy and specific activations such as product launches.
• Deliver in‑person training modules, webinars and in‑store coaching to improve selling ceremonies, hospitality standards and overall customer experience.
• Manage the e‑learning platform, animate the user community, track performance and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of projects.

Required profile

• 7–10 years of proven experience in luxury retail, preferably in watchmaking or jewelry.
• Strong product affinity with the ability to communicate complex technical content in an engaging way.
• Excellent training, facilitation, presentation and public speaking skills.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.

Required skills

• Experience designing and delivering training programs for retail environments.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and manage vendor relationships.
