Revenue Analyst

About the role

The Revenue Analyst will support Hyatt Regency Zurich Airport’s revenue and profitability goals through pricing, forecasting, market analysis, and inventory management. Working closely with the Revenue Manager and Commercial Team, you will analyze performance trends, identify opportunities, and provide insights that strengthen the hotel’s market position.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor hotel performance and identify opportunities to maximize revenue and profitability.
• Analyze booking patterns, demand trends, competitor performance, and business mix.
• Support pricing and inventory strategies across market segments and distribution channels.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Maintain revenue management systems and ensure data accuracy.
• Participate in business review and commercial meetings, providing revenue insights and recommendations.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Revenue Management, Revenue Analysis, Commercial Analysis, or a similar hospitality role.
• Good understanding of hotel performance indicators such as Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, market segmentation, booking pace, and demand trends.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and confidence using reporting and analytical tools.
• Fluent English (written and spoken); German is an advantage.
• Strong organizational, communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
