About the role

As the Revenue Growth & Performance Project Manager for the Americas, you will lead cross‑functional initiatives that translate strategic insights into measurable revenue growth. You will partner with regional markets and global teams to ensure alignment and execution of commercial strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and drive revenue growth opportunities across commercial levers, building a pipeline of initiatives and tracking KPIs.
• Lead complex, cross‑functional projects with Americas markets, ensuring effective execution and measurable results.
• Partner with markets to monitor performance, challenge approaches and deliver data‑driven improvement recommendations.
• Optimize pricing, oversee retailisation projects, and develop strategies to protect brand image and pricing integrity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in project management, business development or commercial excellence, preferably in an international retail or luxury environment.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen with proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and deliver business impact.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, fluent in English.
