About the role
Provide harmonized administrative and operational support to the Corporate Leadership Team at JTI’s headquarters in Geneva, ensuring consistency, clarity and efficiency while enabling flexibility for additional projects.
Key responsibilities
- Manage calendars and daily administrative tasks for Vice Presidents, including ad‑hoc requests such as mobile data roaming.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, visa processing and expense reporting for senior leaders.
- Organise logistics for team meetings, off‑sites, dinners, monthly gatherings and workshops.
- Handle purchase requisitions, customs clearances, training courses and event coordination.
- Maintain distribution lists, access rights and team storage solutions.
- Provide ad‑hoc administrative assistance for internal processes, visitor management and relocation flight bookings for new joiners.
Required profile
- University degree.
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Senior Management Assistant in an international environment.
- Previous experience in a multinational company is preferred.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities confidentially.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365.
