Sales Account Manager – Medical Devices (Switzerland)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Account Manager to lead the Integra LifeSciences Codman Specialty Surgical portfolio across Swiss hospital accounts. You will drive revenue growth, exceed sales targets, and build lasting relationships with clinical and administrative stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell CSS Division products in designated hospital accounts, achieving quarterly and annual revenue goals.
• Develop and execute short‑ and long‑term account strategies, nurturing relationships with clinicians, hospital administration, and patient groups.
• Provide intra‑operative support, ensuring the right equipment and products are available and troubleshooting as needed.
• Utilise Salesforce.com for pipeline management, territory planning, and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Lead tender and contract processes, partnering with internal Request‑For‑Proposal teams to win contracts and ensure compliance.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge and communicate anticipated outcomes to customers.
• Participate in local and national meetings, manage expenses according to company policy, and perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum degree in business, sales/marketing, or a science‑related field.
• Proven medical‑device sales experience, preferably in the operating room and ICU settings.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
• Professional proficiency in English and either German or French (written and spoken).
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to work collaboratively across international teams.
