About the role
Join MCM’s dynamic retail team in Zurich as a Sales Assistant. You will work in a motivated environment, supporting customers and contributing to the brand’s luxury sales goals.
Key responsibilities
- Sell MCM products and meet specified sales targets.
- Advise and support customers, building and maintaining a customer database.
- Acquire new customers while nurturing existing relationships.
- Assist with commercial and organisational tasks such as merchandise management, repairs, stocktaking and stock maintenance.
- Receive and label goods, and support visual merchandising.
Required profile
- At least 2 years of experience in the luxury sector.
- Strong interest in fashionable, high‑quality leather products.
- Excellent customer service, communication and selling skills.
- Organised, flexible, reliable and able to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
- Positive, hands‑on attitude and self‑motivation.
- Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
Required skills
- Fluency in German and English.
