About the role

Join a dedicated squad at a historic Swiss watchmaker to deliver exceptional service in a luxury boutique located in Lucerne. This 70% sales associate position focuses on building lasting client relationships while showcasing iconic timepieces.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain boutique standards, ensuring cleanliness and an appealing presentation.
• Capture and manage customer data to personalize future interactions.
• Participate in ad‑hoc client and company events.
• Continuously expand product knowledge through research and training.
• Monitor industry news, technology trends, and competitor activity.
• Support boutique management with health and safety compliance.
• Address and resolve customer concerns professionally and empathetically.
• Apply visual merchandising guidelines and organize back‑of‑house stock.
• Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the boutique’s heritage and values.

Required profile

• Solid experience in a similar retail role, preferably within the watch, hospitality, or fashion sectors.
• Retail Specialist diploma (Detailhandelsfachmann EFZ) or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills in German and English (both written and spoken).
• Team‑player mentality with a passion for the luxury industry.
• Fluency in Chinese is a plus but not mandatory.
