Sales Associate – Luxury Retail

About the role

Join the Montblanc Boutique in Geneva as a Sales Associate and represent a world‑renowned luxury brand. You will work in a dynamic, high‑end environment, building relationships with discerning clients and contributing to the boutique’s success.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve individual and boutique sales targets while identifying new client opportunities.
• Provide expert product knowledge and guide clients toward appropriate collections.
• Deliver exemplary customer service, especially for VIP customers, and nurture long‑term relationships.
• Maintain accurate CRM data, ensure correct product visibility, and support inventory management.
• Follow boutique security, loss‑prevention procedures, and conduct regular stock checks.
• Handle goods receipt, stocking, transfers and share product‑category expertise with the team.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in luxury retail or a related hospitality environment.
• Passion for the brand’s heritage and strong interpersonal sales abilities.
• Proactive attitude, excellent teamwork, and effective communication with clients and internal partners.
• Fluent in French and English; additional language is a plus.
