Sales & Community Manager – Fitness Studio

Key responsibilities

• Manage all inbound leads, conduct trial consultations and convert prospects into members using a consultative, non‑hard‑sell approach.
• Pitch and close B2B wellness contracts with international organisations, NGOs and companies in the Geneva area.
• Design, organise and promote community events, challenges, themed workouts and member milestones.
• Run the referral programme to leverage word‑of‑mouth sales.
• Oversee the studio’s social‑media content creation or coordinate with external creators.

Required profile

• Fluent spoken and written English; French is a strong plus.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with measurable conversion rates.
• Warm, high‑energy personality with genuine people skills.
• Interest in fitness and health, regularly training and understanding studio culture.
• Comfortable owning monthly KPIs and being measured on results.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
• Proficiency in Instagram.
• Ability to use Canva for visual content.
• Competence with Office 365 suite.
• Familiarity with AI tools for productivity.
