Sales Development Representative – Workspace Security (DACH)

About the role

Join Check Point’s Workspace Security Group as a Sales Development Representative focused on the DACH region. You will introduce prospects to our award‑winning email, collaboration, SaaS, and data‑loss‑prevention solutions, helping secure modern workplaces.

Key responsibilities

• Engage inbound prospects requesting demos, quotes, trials, and information on Workspace Security solutions.
• Discover prospect needs and schedule demonstrations for senior management, IT, security teams, and developers in medium‑size to Fortune 500 organizations across key industries.
• Maintain a daily outbound call volume of 50–70 calls and set highly qualified demos for Field Sales.
• Perform outbound prospecting to marketing‑generated leads and cold outreach to net‑new accounts.
• Track opportunities and follow‑up activities in detail to ensure an excellent prospect experience.
• Conduct MEDPICC discovery to secure initial demos and consistently increase pipeline volume and quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• 1–5 years of cold‑calling experience and inbound lead follow‑up with strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Desire to build a long‑term career in sales.
• Experience with CRM and sales tools (Salesforce.com, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesloft, Orum, etc.).
• Strong ability to connect with prospects, uncover pain points, educate them, and convert leads into qualified demos.
• Ambitious, independent, goal‑driven, and committed to exceeding metrics.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong organization and follow‑through.
• Fluent in English and German.
