Sales Enablement & Pricing Manager

About the role

The Sales & Pricing Enablement Manager drives commercial performance across Antech's EU and APAC markets through strategic pricing, commercial analytics, and sales enablement. Working in a matrix environment, the role partners with Sales, Product Management, Marketing, and Finance to translate pricing and market data into actionable insights that support revenue growth, margin expansion, and competitive positioning.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct detailed analysis of list prices, customer‑specific pricing, promotions, rebates and discount structures to identify revenue and margin opportunities.
• Develop customer segmentation models, perform market research and competitor benchmarking, and assess pricing elasticity and purchasing behaviour.
• Own governance of regional price lists, discount frameworks and pricing policies; coordinate annual price increases and promotional campaigns.
• Support sales teams with pricing recommendations, deal structuring guidance, and commercial analysis for strategic opportunities.
• Design and maintain Power BI dashboards, reporting tools and executive scorecards that provide visibility into pricing performance, revenue growth and sales effectiveness.

Required profile

• 3+ years experience in strategic revenue management, commercial pricing analysis, sales operations or commercial finance.
• Proven ability to support multiple international markets and collaborate across matrixed teams.
• Experience in animal health, veterinary diagnostics, medical devices, pharmaceuticals or related life‑science sectors is strongly preferred.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with solid understanding of P&L mechanics, margin protection and pricing governance.

Required skills

• Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel.
• Hands‑on proficiency with Power BI for interactive dashboards.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
• Familiarity with ERP/CPQ pricing engines.
