Sales Manager – Hospitality & Guest Care Products

About the role

Detay Distribution manufactures and supplies hospitality and guest-care products such as toiletries, textiles and room accessories for hotels, spas, hospitals and serviced apartments across Switzerland and France. It is looking for a full-time Sales Manager to oversee and grow sales in target markets in Switzerland and France, covering hospitality, healthcare and professional facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities and manage existing client accounts
• Maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
• Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing and contract terms, and coordinate product samples
• Communicate customer requirements accurately to internal teams
• Monitor market trends, prepare sales forecasts and reports, and work with operations and logistics for timely deliveries
• Represent the company at industry events and client meetings

Required profile

• Demonstrated B2B sales experience, preferably in hospitality, healthcare or FMCG, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Fluency in English and French; German is an advantage
• Comfortable working on-site and visiting clients regularly in Switzerland and France
