Sales Manager – Slip Rings Business Unit

About the role
We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead the Slip Rings Business Unit from our Nyon office. You will own the sales strategy for each customer account, grow the existing portfolio and expand our footprint with new international clients in the space and satellite industry.
Key responsibilities
- Manage large and complex bid submissions.
- Act as the single point of contact for customers, representing Beyond Gravity.
- Set sales targets and achieve them effectively.
- Design and implement a tailored sales strategy per account.
- Build and sustain long‑term customer relationships and understand technical needs.
- Identify emerging markets and monitor market trends.
- Collaborate with engineering, product development and project management to prepare offers.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing and terms to maximise profitability.
- Present offers and contracts to C‑Level management for approval.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences and trade shows.
- Monitor competitor activities and adapt strategies accordingly.
Required profile
- Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in the space or high‑tech sector.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of technical products and ability to translate technical needs into solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and within cross‑functional teams.
- Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
