Sales Representative – Dental Solutions

About the role

Join Nobel Biocare and help shape the future of dentistry. We are looking for a driven and customer‑focused Sales Representative to grow our business across dental clinics and laboratories within an assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and grow existing customer accounts while identifying and winning new business opportunities.
• Build trusted partnerships with dental professionals and serve as their key business contact.
• Create and execute territory plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Promote Nobel Biocare products, solutions, education programs, and events.
• Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions that support practice growth.
• Monitor market trends, customer activity, and competitive developments within the territory.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and account plans.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.

Required profile

• 3+ years of successful sales experience in healthcare, dental, medical device, or related industries.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing customer relationships.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Excellent planning and territory management abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Sciences, or a related field (preferred).
• Fluent in the local language; English is an advantage.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
