Sales Representative – Joint Reconstruction (Ticino area)

About the role

Join Johnson & Johnson MedTech as a Sales Representative for Joint Reconstruction covering the Ticino area. You will be the primary contact for orthopaedic surgeons and operating‑room teams, promoting innovative products and driving market adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive sales and product advice in orthopaedics/joint reconstruction.
• Plan and organise field service activities and build long‑term relationships with physicians, OR staff and buyers.
• Introduce product innovations and drive adoption of VELYS™ Robotics and other enabling technologies.
• Organise training events and workshops for medical professionals.
• Achieve sales targets and develop action plans in collaboration with the sales manager.
• Represent the business unit at congresses.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in medical devices.
• Strong sales‑driven mindset, excellent execution and professional presence.
• High customer orientation, negotiation skills and ability to close deals.
• Self‑motivated, resilient and willing to travel within the region.
• Fluent in Italian (mandatory) and proficient in English; German is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with VELYS™ Robotics.
• Knowledge of Oracle Customer Data Management (CDM).
