Sales & Service Lead - Gstaad

About the role

ALO, a yoga studio brand, is looking for a Sales & Service Lead in Gstaad, Switzerland. The role is central to raising the guest experience: it ensures targets for engagement, guest education and interaction are met, creates a service-led environment on the sales floor and builds a distinctive retail atmosphere. The position is full-time, 32-40 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the guest experience on the floor by assessing guest connection and product knowledge, and coach team members to close gaps
• Build client relationships day to day and analyse reports to plan actions and spot growth opportunities
• Ensure effective sales floor coverage and lead selling initiatives across the store
• Work with the Operations & Visual Manager on reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory, supplies, vendors, technology and facilities
• Oversee Sales & Service Associates and Cashiers, including recruitment, development and performance evaluation
• Partner with Community & Studio, Operations and Visual Leads on training and cross-functional execution

Required profile

• Prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment
• Proven leadership and decision-making ability
• Receptive to feedback and self-motivated
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
• Right to live and work in the country from the start of employment

The schedule includes availability for opening, closing and weekend shifts, and work during Black Friday through the end of the holiday season and the first week of January. The employer is an equal opportunity employer and offers flexibility where possible.
